Order Process

We know wedding planning can be stressful so we have tried to make our order process as easy as possible!
 
The first thing to consider when you are considering your stationery is when you need your order as this will determine the method for placing your order.  We always advise ordering or booking in with us as soon as you can to ensure we have availability and can accommodate your order.

Invitation Samples

Samples are un-personalised examples of our invitations that are posted out to you so you have an opportunity to observe the colours and quality prior to placing an order.  Handmade and Laser cut collections will be provided in your choice of colours to enable you to colour match, Classic Printed Collections will be provided as shown in the listing images.  You do not need to purchase samples before placing your order for a full set but it is something we strongly recommend because as much as we try to accurately represent colours in the images on this website, different screen resolutions and devices can often affect how colours appear so seeing them in person is always an advantage.

Placing your Order

We have 2 options for your to consider when arranging your wedding stationery, depending on how much time you have before your wedding date or when you want to send your invitations out.

 Online Order Advanced Order
Recommended if you need your order within the next 3 months. Recommended if you don't need your order within the next 3 months but would like to book in ahead so everything is taken care of.

To place an online order please follow the following process:

 

1 - Purchase - Choose your design, select all the options on the product page, add to your basket and complete checkout.

 

2 - Send us your Information - Upon receiving your order we will contact you within 48 hours to request the information required and provide an estimated dispatch date based on the products and options chosen. 

 

3 - Proofs -  Prior to printing a digital proof will be emailed over for you to check and make amendments as necessary, 3 rounds of proofs will be included as standard.  If any are needed beyond this an admin fee of £5 per proof will be chargeable.  Nothing will be printed without your approval.

 

4 - Production - Once you have confirmed your proofs we will begin work on your order and work to dispatch within your advised timescale.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

We offer separate booking slots for Save the Dates, Invitations and On the Day Stationery, you can book as many as you like up front.  They can be reserved with a booking fee of £50 per slot. 

Eg if you book in for Save the Dates, Invitations and On the Day Stationery the booking fee will be a total of £150 (£50 to secure each space).

The following process will apply to each production slot booked:

 

1 - Pay Booking Fee - Click here to access the advanced booking page.  Select your booking space, add to basket and complete checkout to pay your booking fee. 

BOOKING FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE

 

2 - Send us your final order - We will contact you around 6 weeks before your order is due to be dispatched to request your final order and calculate the total balance remaining.

 

3 - Payment - We will send a draft invoice via email with a secure link for you to complete checkout.

 

4 - Send us your Information - Upon receiving payment we will contact you within 48 hours to request the information required.
