Proofs

Once we have your printing information its time to for us to make your proofs.

Proofs are usually sent at the beginning of whichever month you have booked for production or within a couple of weeks of receiving your order if the order has been booked on an urgent basis.

We do our best to make sure that your proofs are accurate, but it is the customers final responsibility to check everything. 

 

  We are unable to start your order until we receive your confirmation. If any errors are found once printing has commenced, further charges will be incurred for and reprinting that is needed.

 

Delivery

 

All full orders are sent by Royal Mail or Equivalent Courier and need a signature upon receipt.

 

Samples will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard Post.


Mainland UK Delivery Charges

We have a set charge of £10 per shipment for full sets of invitations and on the day stationery.

 

Please contact us for international delivery charges as these will be dependant upon weight and destination. 

 

Cancelling an Order

 

Once an order has been placed the deposit becomes non-refundable.

 

If you have paid for your order in full, the following structure will apply:

 

Up to 4 weeks prior to delivery date – 50% of total balance will be retained, 50% will be refunded.

2 weeks prior to delivery date – 75% of total balance will be retained, 25% will be refunded

7 days or less – Full balance of payment will be retained
