Frequently Asked Questions

Does my order come with envelopes?

Yes all pricing shown includes a standard white/ivory envelope and an RSVP envelope if one is required.

You can choose to upgrade to a pearl, coloured, kraft or metallic envelope for an additional cost.

What are your delivery charges?

Delivery is calculated on the size and weight of the parcel once completed so it does depend on the size of the order.

All full invitation orders are sent via a secure tracked method and will require a signature upon delivery.

Do you offer a deposit scheme?

Yes, if you would like to make an advanced booking a production slot can be secured with a cost of £50.

Deposit schemes are only available on booking made over 8 weeks in advance.

If your order is needed within the next 8 weeks, payment is required up front when ordered.

Can I customise my sample?

Absolutely!  We love it when clients come up with their own ideas.

We make the vast majority of our stationery by hand which means we can amend practically any aspect to make it unique to you,

just bear in mind some additions or upgrades may affect the price.

Can you provide matching items for my wedding day?

Yes of course, our website contains examples and products that all coordinate beautifully.

If you would like something specific or a bit different, get in touch and we will provide a quote of its something we can do.

How many invitations do I need?

We recommend starting with making a list of who you would like to invite, then counting from there.

Remember invitations are generally sent to 1 per family/couple NOT 1 per guest so you may not need as many as first thought.

What information do I need to include in my invitations?

There is no set rule for what has to be included in a wedding invitation, everyone is different.  As a starting point you may wish to consider the below:

* Bride/Grooms names

* Date/Time/Location of Ceremony/Wedding Reception

* RSVP Contact Information

* RSVP Deadline

The amount of information you need to include tends to dictate the style of invitation you need.  If you need extra information such as accommodation or menu choices, you may wish to consider something like a pocket-fold.

When do I need to send my wedding invitations?

Traditionally wedding invitations are sent approximately 3-6 months before a wedding.  This does largely depend on your specific arrangements, for example weddings abroad may require more notice for your guests.  We would recommend checking with your venue when they require your final numbers by and then work backwards to calculate when you need your RSVP cards and how long you want to give your guests to RSVP, this should give you an idea of the best time to be sending out your invitations.
